1.Completion of Part A, of the Booking Form does not constitute acceptance of a booking.  Upon receipt of the completed Part A and any responses to enquiries or clarifications LGHBB may have, LGHBB will then request your specified booking fee for your booking to be transferred to the business account of LGHBB

Acceptance of your booking will be confirmed by email & will be subject to LGHBB Terms and Conditions of Supply of Services. Once the Booking Form is completed and booking fee is transferred you have 14 days to make any adjustments. After this time your booking is confirmed and initial booking fee is non refundable. 

2. If you wish to add to your booking out with the 14 days, please contact LGHBB with your requirements and requests.  Nothing is confirmed until LGHBB accepts additional requirements for your booking.

3. Four weeks prior to the Wedding Date your final balance is due.  If you are carrying out your trials within that four week period, you may be asked to provide images so a final quote can be calculated for you.  If, after your trial this alters your final quote, you will be notified of this and the alternative quote will be produced.  Where this results in additional people being added to the Bridal Party an additional deposit may be required. All bookings will be subject to a minimum of three hair and three make-ups being performed on the day unless previously agreed by LGHBB. 

4. On the Wedding Date the Client must provide a tidy set-up table/work area for the hair and make-up artist which includes ample lighting (whether by means of natural light or lamps) as is necessary, also power socket or suitable extension.  Please advise of set up area as we can provide additional lighting. 

5. All products used are hypoallergenic and list of product brands can be provided. Any skin condition should be reported by the Client to LGHBB in advance and if necessary a sample test of make- up/hair products may be performed to test skin reaction. LGHBB accepts no responsibility for allergic reactions or skin complications due to allergic reactions and the responsibility for notifying LGHBB of such potential reactions remains at all times with the Client.

6. A guide timeline will be advised for the wedding morning, however this is just a guide as many things can alter the timing, so we like to keep this as relaxed as possible.  If anyone does not turn up for their hair and make up allotted time on the wedding day this will still be charged for.

7. LGHBB and her Professional Bridal Team always strive to give you their absolute best on your special day. This usually means they have a very early start to their day, that can include a lengthy car journey. Therefore we ask you to please provide tea, coffee and water for them throughout your wedding morning, and snacks are always appreciated.  If the preparations carry on over lunchtime, then please provide a light snack or lunch for the Team…and we want you to eat too! 

8. Where a trial has been booked and the cost, date and location agreed, payment of the cost of the trial will fall to be paid on the date of the trial.  However you may/will have a deposit per person to secure the trial date. In the event that the Client fails to turn up for a pre-booked Hair or Make-Up Trial then the full fee in respect of that Trial shall still be payable.
